Christmas Pudding in a Can

Since 2015, we’ve been bringing canned goodness to Newtown. This Christmas, we’re back with our Christmas Pudd-TIN-g created by Good Food Guide’s 2025 Chef of the Year, Lauren Eldridge.

Made using Lauren’s great-grandmother’s cherished recipe, this rich and boozy pudding is cooked directly in its can for that signature Continental twist. It is packed with raisins, sultanas, currants and warm festive spices, steeped in brandy and nostalgia.

Each pudding is slow-steamed and sealed to perfection, so you can stock up and enjoy it anytime, whether that is this Christmas, Boxing Day or even in July. Simply heat and serve for an instant showstopper. ("How to Cook" instructions are on the can or watch the video below)
